Pool
In Mallorca’s Mediterranean climate, it is refreshing to jump into a pool with crystal clear water: regular checks of the filters, pumps and water values are essential whether it’s a chlorine pool or a saltwater pool.
Cleaning
It doesn’t get more personal than this. We are very selective when it comes to the people we allow into your home and particularly if they are responsible for your Cleaning.
Some property owners ask how much it costs for a house to be cleaned.
There is no standard answer. We can quote our hourly rate, but the hours will depend on the size of the house, location, and the owner’s specific requirements.
After meeting with you to discuss your basic cleaning requirements, we welcome the opportunity to have regular reviews with you until you are satisfied with your home exactly as you like it.
We will suggest an initial number of hours that we feel is necessary to do the various jobs. This will range from regular cleans to arrival and departure cleans, and exceptional ones, such as a full spring clean or an after party clean.
Having then completed a few cleans we can both review the job and decide whether we need to add or reduce hours depending on the intricacies of the home.
